I love to show people how enjoyable and fun personal training can be. Initially I will find out what your specific goals are, and then help you to make these goals both measurable and realistic through a progressive and specifically designed program. As well as exercising, nutrition is also an important factor in health and as a nutritional advisor I can offer advice on your current eating habits and offer suggestions, which will complement your training. Training sessions can be taken outside or in the comfort of your own home and either on a one to one basis, or alternatively, I can offer training to a small group. For any runners out there I recently helped train in 6 months a small number of Beginners towards the Reading ½ marathon which all successfully completed in very respectable times. I also trained clients for the ‘hilly’ Surrey Slog ½ marathon, on the North Downs, by specifically designing high intensity ‘Interval cum Circuit’ programs.
