Our aim is to supply specialist personal training to the general public and corporate sector.  Helping to achieve our clients fitness, nutrition and lifestyle goals is our No1 objective through the implementation of effective and realistic program's that can be closely monitored and easily modified. 

Personal training is the ultimate vehicle for achieving your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle goals within the health and fitness industry.  If you're serious about making changes in your life regarding health and fitness then personal training is the answer.  If you're a total beginner or a top athlete we have the skills and expertise to help you achieve your full potential and get you where you need to be.

The training we provide is based specifically on our clients needs goals and preferences.  After initial consultation and assessment we are able to pinpoint the correct training program's and exercises to give optimum results.

Friday: 6am to 10 pm

Saturday : 6am to 10pm
