As a personal trainer Ben will motivate you from start to finish. You would be training on a 1-2-1 basis with your PT. This means that all their focus and attention goes onto you and the ways in which you train. You will be trained using the very latest and tested training methods and techniques.

LOCATIONS
Personal training services are available in the Manchester areas, depending on availability and location. The majority of sessions take place at DW Sports Fitness (JJB Fitness) in Bury, North Manchester. Gym training is one of the more effective training options due to access to a large variety of equipment.

Personal training is also available at a gym of your choice following prior arrangement with gym management. Home and outdoor training is also available. Please see my website for further details.


AVAILABILITY
Please contact Ben Malton  for details on availability as training slots available change on a week to week basis. If you chose to take on personal training on a regular basis, it may be possible to pre-book similar training days and times each week.

PERSONAL TRAINING
 - Personal training sessions usually last around 1 hour and cost £30 per session.
 - Free session available upon purchasing a block of 10 at £300. You will receive 11 sessions.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

 - Programme designs available with online support - see website for details

BOXERCISE TRAINING
 - 30 min sessions available at £20 per session
 - 60 min sessions available at £30 per session
